Tip of the Tongue, Indeed.

So those forward thinkers over at Art + Commerce have recently launched Tip of the Tongue, a broadsheet dedicated to essays, debate and discussion on the art of photography. Headed by Charlotte Cotton, A+C’s director of cultural events, I think this will be a great forum to discuss photographic trends and issues.
The first essay by Ms. Cotton is a great piece on the return of black & white photography to the art world.
