The first development after the shuttering of Corbis’ assignment division has come about, with the launch of a new agency called VH Artists by former Corbis agents Thea Vaughan and Bill Hannigan.

The esteemed former Curator of Photography at the MoMA, and a talented photographer himself,  has passed away age 81.  He played a pivotal role in ushering in the modern photography era and making photography (and especially colour photography) acceptable as an art form.
