I like this forum compared to some "other" forum I was going through.

Every comment here is on point. Love the briese story.

Airic is married and just had a kid...and he's acting like that? He's so gross. The SUPER douche wedding photographer. Jason is cool but he's acting like a O.C photographer. He needs to chill out and get a new wardrobe.

The judges including Russell are probably beating their heads against the bar every night.

None of those contestants understand the basic principle of photography. Photo-graphy (ie. light-writing).

In other words pay attention to your subjects and LIGHT accordingly.

Whew!

the latest episode was priceless. i counted people saying "outside the box" ELEVEN times. jason needs to shut up.

"and now, jane's addiction's Dave Navarro, here to talk to you guys about... uh... what it's like to be, uh, in front of the camera?"

he really needs money, huh? that was way sad. although i did find it amusing that he was shilling lube.

i love this show. it is some of the worst programming i have ever seen.

jason's jacket tailoring is getting seriously wacky, also.

Give me the micro... oh, they're called macro?

I don't really like many/any reality shows. Ok, I watch Project Runway and Top Model (don't tell anyone). But this show is the first reality show where I liked NONE of the contestants. I mean, you're supposed to be able to root for someone!

Airic was married??? ew, gross. he was so foul. i loved the last episode where he couldn't even find words as he was drooling over the naked chix. professional! or should i say, HOT.

i agree re maria and jason, although jason needs to chill out somewhat.

i hate to say this also, but i feel like they are all a little but old to be making this career change... would be one thing if they were already working photographers in another field, but they don't know anything at all.

that wedding dude also skeeves me out.

i would have eliminated 2/3rds of the contestants on day one on appearances alone.

so glad Airic (and since when is Eric not good enough anymore?) is gone. that guy was a sexual harassment suit waiting to happen. i'm sure his wife was very happy watching this.

i think maria has a shot at doing well with her career and even though i disagree with his choice of hair and wraparound glasses jason seems professional and fairly competent.

oh my god, this show. there needs to be a count, ala fourfour.com's crying count for ANTM for how many times people say:

1) "HAIR DANCE"

2) "out of the box"

3) "how do i work --x-- (piece of equipment)?"

i also super loved that "men have better eyes" comment from Super Douche Ladies' Man. his whole speech was genius. genius!

this show is a train wreck and a half. i can not stop watching it. i feel so bad for those judges.

I watched one episode. It took me half the time to be reminded what experience gains a good photographer. I've never been involved in any shoot that was as big a cluster f#%k as any of the tasks shown. It looks chaotic.

BTW - in the episode I watched, no one talked one on one with the client - is that continuing?

I watch on fast-forward, skipping through the high-jinks and shenanigans. I stop to watch the actual photo shoot itself, and then fast forward again to see the final results. The whole hour-long show takes 15 or 20 minutes, and usually leaves me wondering why I bothered.

It has been a bit painful to watch. I plan to stay with it to the end, but I expect it will be a photographic trainwreck...
