					<description>I'd be interested to know when a rep starts out like this how they go about building their stable of photogs.  Is it gradual, or are they hustling to get photographers on board asap?  Do they focus on courting photographers at other agencies, "stealing them" away, or do they just look everywhere?   I'd imagine it's like building any business on many fronts, but the commodity is the photographers, so the process of acquiring that necessity interests me.  Your thoughts AVS?</description>
